Shipping & Delivery

We accept product enquiries from Bengaluru and other parts of India. Whether delivery is available to a particular PIN code, and the applicable carrier, depends on the item, address and serviceability. Contact us for a delivery quotation.

For all deliveries outside Bengaluru, delivery/shipping charges are mandatory. Charges are calculated based on destination, package dimensions, weight, product type and transport method, then communicated as part of the quotation or order confirmation before payment. Bengaluru local delivery or collection arrangements, and any applicable charges, will also be confirmed in advance. We do not promise free shipping.

We confirm product availability and an expected dispatch or delivery window when accepting each order. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless separately agreed in writing. Carrier delays, public holidays, adverse weather, restricted routes and supply constraints can affect arrival; contact us if your order is delayed.

Inspect the outer packaging at delivery where practical. If items are visibly damaged, missing or different from the confirmed order, take clear photographs of the parcel, packaging and product and contact us promptly with your invoice or order details so we can investigate with the carrier.

Large printer shipments, industrial equipment, bulk cartons and made-to-order/preprinted labels may require special packing, freight handling or additional lead time. Any special handling fees or delivery requirements will be communicated before order confirmation.

For defective or incorrect goods, please read our Returns & Exchange Policy. Routine change-of-mind returns are not offered, but applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
