By using this website you agree to use it lawfully and understand that product information is presented for enquiry and selection. Orders are only confirmed when our team provides and accepts an agreed quotation or order confirmation.
Product listings and availability
Images, specifications, compatible materials, colours, interfaces, ports and model availability can vary by manufacturer, market configuration or stock. Website details are informational and are not a binding offer. Confirm the exact model, features, price, quantity and specification in writing before placing an order.
Quotations, prices and payment
Prices, GST where applicable, delivery charges, payment terms, validity, stock availability and any special-order conditions will be confirmed on a quotation or order confirmation. Website enquiry tools are not a live payment checkout. Do not make a payment without verifying the agreed order details with our team.
Customer specifications and compatibility
Customers should verify label width × height, roll core, number of ups, adhesive/material, ribbon grade, printer compatibility and any custom artwork before approving production. Our team can assist when you are unsure. Confirm proofs and special specifications before made-to-order goods are produced.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery charges are mandatory for deliveries outside Bengaluru. Freight, dispatch arrangements and any local delivery fee will be quoted before final order acceptance. Shipment is subject to serviceability, stock and any agreed schedule. See Shipping & Delivery.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
There are no routine returns or refunds for change of mind or customer ordering errors. Exchange requests are reviewed for verified defects, incorrect supply or damage. Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable remedies under applicable Indian law. See Returns & Exchange.
Brand warranties and product use
Manufacturer warranties, where provided, follow the terms applicable to the particular model. Improper use, installation, handling and use of incompatible consumables can affect performance. We do not guarantee that all devices or third-party printer models have identical capabilities.
Website information and intellectual property
Content, layout and text on the website are provided to help users choose products. Brand and model names belong to their respective owners. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, scrape personal data or misrepresent our services. Technical reference pages and design tools should be independently verified before production use.
